NØ Surrender is an award winning Kids Rock Free band, recently having won the 2016 Inland Empire Golden Mic Award. For two years they have been performing at numerous concerts and events, including an on field Lake Elsinore Storm Stadium concert for the ML All-Star game, the USA vs Mexico Indoor Soccer Match at Citizens Business Bank Arena, and Anaheim Stadium’s Music Garden. Since 1998 Kids Rock Free® School of Music at the Fender® Center for the Performing Arts has welcomed students to learn and express their passion for music. No one is turned away for inability to pay.
The mission of the Fender® Museum of the Arts Foundation is to promote access to music education and to provide hands-on performing arts lessons to strengthen creativity, personal respect and achievement in youth. The Kids Rock Free® School of Music provides free and low-cost music lessons to kids ages 7 to 17 and freely shares live-music performances at community events.
The continuing goal is to provide the community with a music school where all families have access to quality music lessons that offer them the special benefits of building creativity, academic achievement and self-confidence. Scholarships are offered, because we still believe that in a perfect world…Kids Rock Free.
